In light of the new criteria regarding changes in Act 2.0, as well as the establishment of new foundations for the functioning of the advancement procedures in the RDN, we kindly ask all interested parties, including the relevant authorities at your Institute, to adhere to the new guidelines to facilitate advancement procedures. In both the procedures for awarding the title of professor and habilitated doctor, we request that candidates limit the submission of paper documents to formal ones only, such as the application, self-report, list of scientific and research achievements, bibliometric attachments, and copies of documents confirming the awarding of previous academic titles (doctor, possibly habilitated doctor). For professors, we also request the inclusion of a lustration statement (for those born before 1 August 1972), legal guardianship certification, and any information regarding previous applications for the title. Other documents, such as copies of publications (including so-called main works), any statements, certificates, and other additional documents should be submitted only in electronic form, preferably on a pen drive.
