Collection Points

Below you will find a list of collection points at our locations along with their opening hours.

Please choose the most convenient location (Ursynów – ul. Roentgena 5 or Ochota – ul. Wawelska 15) and report to the designated room.

From 3 August 2026, a patient call system will be in operation at the blood collection points. Please obtain a number from the info kiosk at the collection points.

ul. Roentgena 5
(Ursynów)

Entrance A (new outpatient building)

  • Room 28A: open from 7:00 to 14:30


Entrance C

  • Room 210: open from 7:00 to 14:30


Entrance D

  • Room 124: open from 7:00 to 18:45

(scheduled infusions and injections – start no later than 18:00)

  • Room 122: open from 7:00 to 14:30


  • Room 116: open from 7:00 to 14:30

(please note that from 7:00 to 11:00 only patients presenting for blood collection from a vascular port will be admitted)

Vascular port flushing is performed until 14:30

Department of Radiotherapy

  • Room I (no appointment needed): open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 14:00

for:

- patients for radiotherapy treatment planning

- patients undergoing outpatient radiotherapy

Admissions

  • Blood Collection Point: open on Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00

for patients who have scheduled chemotherapy on Monday
